The explanations of inheritance system and development mechanism are basically almost same matter. So, I will explain them integrally.

Inheritance system, really?

The description of inheritance system in the chapter one of the main text limited to multicellular animal.

* In a body, all kinds of cells form metabolic network (mutual dependence of substances) by all order and combinations.
metabolic network 1 In this network, reproductive cell is just only "one of them", and it seems to receipts no special substance that related to inheritance.

This is one thing, and another explanation is:

* As an evaluation by the next generation, the same (utterly same) metabolic network of the former generation is differently drawn thus:
metabolic network 2 In this illustration, reproductive cell is the final receptor of all kinds of metabolic substances, directly and indirectly.

Until here, what I say is not a hypothesis but A MERE FACT.
What I assert is simple:
These metabolic substances might have some hereditary influence to the reproductive cell. This conjecture suggests "experience of an individual is inheritable to the descendants" by some way, and evolution is not by random and accidental mutation.

This is the generalized explanation of "The inheritance system of multicellular organism."

Was Lamarck denied, really?

J. B. Lamarck advocated "inheritance of acquired characteristics" about two hundred years ago, and his theory was deductively denied about one hundred years ago. Since then, most biologists have believed "acquired characteristics would not inherit by any means". This old-fashioned established theory is thought as an authorized one without re-examination by modern biology.

The reason why neo-Darwinists regard Lamarckism as heresy is that

But, exactly, what denied is limited part of the hypothesis: "direct inheritance from characteristic acquiring part of a body to the same part of embryo of the next generation", and NOT THE WHOLE CONCEPT of "inheritance of acquired characteristics". Biologists of the age did not know nucleic acids and the role of nucleus.

Very few scientists have researched "inheritance of acquired characteristics BY OTHER MEANS". Most of the others are still under domination of the distorted fixed idea or the superstition.

Sponge, why?

Roughly speaking, the central hub functions, such as immunity, inner secretion and nervous system, were differentiated from the stage of archaeocyte of sponge, I guess. Archaeocyte is the transitional form to reproductive cell. Its role is the intermediate converter/carrier of hereditary information in passive appreciation, and another active appreciation may be "development control system". Please confirm the formulae of passive to active conversion AGAIN.

The archetype of embryo evolved from Mesozoa or the hypothetical model of the simplest multicellular animal. And next types would be diploblastica to triploblastica. As the type had changed, the centrical function of archaeocyte might also differentiate into nervous system, inner secretion system and immunity system.

Among these "three major development control systems", the function of immunity does not so differ from archaeocyte. Therefore, precise explanation is omitted.
About inner secretion system, I'm preparing it now.
The explanation of nervous system is described in chapter five, but it is still a rough sketch.
